Social Media & Content Management
Manage content scheduling and postings across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Business
Coordinate with agencies, freelancers, KOLs, influencers, and creators for campaigns, UGC, and collaborations
Create in-house content including reels, short videos, event coverage, showroom walkthroughs, staff features, and livestreams
Support community engagement and brand storytelling aligned with Happie’s wellness positioning
Monitor trends and propose creative ideas to improve engagement
Promotions, Partnerships & Event Management
Liaise with malls, partners, vendors, and stakeholders for campaigns, roadshows, and marketing activities
Source collaborations with lifestyle and home brands
Support event planning, coordination, execution, and post-event coverage
Manage event logistics including promotional materials, merchandise, gifts, and vendor coordination
Assist in showroom activations, festive campaigns, and customer engagement activities
Ensure smooth execution of marketing timelines and deliverables
Visual Content & Brand Communication
Design and adapt promotional visuals, digital banners, and marketing materials
Handle photography and videography for events, showroom activities, and product launches
Maintain the company’s visual asset library
Update website content including promotions, banners, and campaign pages
Ensure brand consistency across digital, retail, and event touchpoints
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of marketing experience in lifestyle, wellness, retail, or consumer industries
Experience in social media management and content creation
Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and digital trends
Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent) are an advantage
Positive, proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple deadlines
Photography, videography, or livestream experience is a plus
