Job Purpose:

Review the proposal’s response with the relevant service and business knowledge required including introduction and implementation of all necessary proposal procedures and processes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer defined timeframes
• Coordinate and review / edit proposal input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from business units, finance, and legal.
• Facilitate key review meetings / final document review, coordinating proposal governance / sign off, document production and delivery of the completed proposal.
• Lead and coach the proposal team in preparing the proposal to comply with the tender requirements.
• Manage documentations to ensure adherence to the governance.

Job Requirements:

• A Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in proposal management in Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Construction, Hook Up Commissioning and Modification work for offshore facilities.
• Preferably candidate with past work experiences e as Project Engineer for Offshore EPCIC projects.
