About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Client Relationship Manager to join our growing team. You will play a key role in acquiring new clients, managing relationships, and supporting renovation projects from consultation to completion.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy sales, client engagement, and helping homeowners and businesses bring their renovation ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire and develop new clients for residential and commercial renovation projects.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Conduct consultations to understand client needs, budgets, and expectations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and renovation packages.
• Follow up on leads and drive conversion.
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, and project teams for smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and maintain excellent customer experience.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, relationship management, business development, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience in property, banking RM, interior design, renovation sales, or retail sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven and customer-oriented mindset.
• Own transport and willing to travel for meetings/site visits.
