About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and dependable Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative and operational functions of the company.
This role plays a key part in ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently — supporting internal teams, maintaining operational processes, coordinating office resources, and helping create a productive working environment for the team.
You won’t just be managing an office. You’ll be helping keep the engine running behind a fast-moving digital agency.
We’re looking for someone who is resourceful, detail-oriented, people-friendly, and able to keep things under control even when things get hectic.
Key Responsibilities
Office Operations & Administration
- Oversee the day-to-day office operations and ensure the workplace is organised, functional, and well-maintained.
- Manage office supplies, pantry items, equipment, and vendor coordination.
- Liaise with building management, service providers, and external vendors when required.
- Ensure office facilities, meeting rooms, and common areas are properly maintained and operational.
- Assist in maintaining internal administrative systems, records, and documentation.
Team & Operational Support
- Provide administrative support to internal teams across different departments.
- Coordinate company meetings, schedules, appointments, and internal activities when required.
- Assist in onboarding processes for new employees including workstation setup, office orientation, and operational coordination.
- Support internal communication and coordination between departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Help maintain and improve operational processes and office SOPs.
Finance & Procurement Support
- Assist with invoice tracking, payment coordination, petty cash handling, and basic operational purchases.
- Coordinate with finance or management teams regarding operational expenses and documentation.
- Monitor office-related expenses and ensure purchases are aligned with approved budgets.
- Maintain proper filing and record keeping for administrative and operational documents.
Culture & Workplace Environment
- Help create a positive, organised, and collaborative office environment.
- Support company events, internal activities, celebrations, and team engagement initiatives.
- Ensure the office environment reflects the company culture and professionalism.
- Be the go-to person for general office matters and day-to-day coordination.
Candidate Requirements

- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay calm, resourceful, and solution-oriented under pressure.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and general administrative tools.
- Good time management and coordination abilities.
- Comfortable handling administrative, operational, and people-related matters.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with different teams.
- A personality that rocks hard (but is still serious at work).
- Own a laptop and be able to start almost immediately.
Bonus Skills
- Experience in office administration, operations, HR support, or agency environments is an advantage.
- Familiarity with project management or productivity tools is a bonus.
- Basic understanding of finance documentation or procurement processes is an advantage.
- Experience supporting fast-paced creative or digital teams is a plus.
