We are hiring a Data Analyst with strong stakeholder management skills and technical expertise in Excel, Power BI, and SQL. This is an individual contributor role supporting product, digital, and regional teams across APAC to drive data-driven decisions, performance tracking, and strategic insights.

In this role, you will compile and manage monthly sales and sell-out data across regions, closely monitor e-commerce performance, and proactively identify gaps and improvement opportunities. You will consolidate data from multiple sources, including ad spend, channel sales, web analytics, and customer insights, and translate complex analytics into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Designing data collection processes, consolidating and validating data from multiple sources, and performing in-depth analysis to identify trends and insights.
• You will develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations, and present findings in a clear and actionable manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• You will design and enhance dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide detailed visibility into sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and customer behavior. Partnering with product and marketing teams, you will contribute to data-driven marketing strategies and KPI tracking.

Prior background/experience:

• The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of experience in data analytics.
• Experience working with e-commerce platforms, Google Analytics, and UX/UI data is highly preferred. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and managing multiple priorities.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms, web analytics tools, or product-based industries is an advantage, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SQL are essential.
