Tanggungjawab

Administrative and Operational Support

  • Provide administrative and operational support for daily business activities and operations.
  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, delivery orders, invoices, and other related documents accurately and timely.
  • Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, vendors, subcontractors, and customers regarding quotations, tenders, confirmations, and operational matters.
  • Prepare orders and coordinate delivery schedules with warehouse and transportation teams.
  • Follow up on pending deliveries and ensure smooth coordination of customer orders and operational matters.
  • Update relevant parties on delivery statuses, project progress, and operational updates.
  • Respond to and handle enquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails professionally and promptly.
  • Handle and assist in resolving on-site issues, operational matters, or customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with various teams across different functions, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to meet business objectives and ensure smooth daily operations. This also includes collaborating with teams from other companies within the ECO Group of Companies.

Branch Setup Support

  • Assist in coordinating the setup of new branch locations, including managing interior design, equipment installation, and IT infrastructure.

Operational Efficiency

  • Help implement best practices in business processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Compliance and Standards

  • Ensure that all operational activities align with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Continuous Improvement

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for process enhancement to boost efficiency and effectiveness.

Team Support and Collaboration

  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment, offering support where needed to achieve team goals.

Project Management

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing operational projects, ensuring they are completed successfully and on time.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, ensuring it meets timelines, quality standards, and project plans.
  • Closely monitor project timelines and subcontractors to ensure they meet set schedules.
  • Must be willing to be stationed at outstation locations if required for project execution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
