About the Role

As a Commis, you will be part of the kitchen brigade, supporting daily food preparation and kitchen operations under the guidance of senior chefs. This role is suitable for individuals at different stages of their culinary journey who are eager to learn, contribute, and grow in a professional kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily kitchen operations across different sections as assigned.
• Prepare, portion, and organize ingredients according to recipes and standards
• Execute cooking tasks based on skill level and guidance from senior chefs
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times
• Support service flow and ensure timely food preparation
• Follow instructions and progressively develop technical kitchen skills

Requirements:

• Culinary certificate/diploma preferred
• Relevant years of kitchen experience
• Basic kitchen knowledge and willingness to learn
• Good attitude, discipline, and teamwork
• Able to work in a fast-paced environmen

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
