• Performs pre-admitting activities. Receives bookings from physicians. Greets and receives patients. Interviews patients before admission to obtain required information and signatures. Prepares and distributes various admission forms; obtains signatures; receives payment, prepares receipts for bill payment and provides information for admission to patients. Provides patients with information by explaining hospital admission/pre-admission policies, time of admission, room selection, estimated cost, payment and other related information.
• Notifies business office for pre-admissions. Assembles admission folders containing paperwork for scheduled patients. Enters demographic, financial and other information to pre-admissions database; confirms pre-admission information.

Ensures patient’s arrival to hospital up to admission to patient’s room is seamless. Notifiesnursing unit of patient’s arrival; calling volunteer to transport the patient to the assigned area. Verifies patient identity by checking identification; preparing and placing identification band on patient

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
