We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Cum Admin Assistant to support daily accounting and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, able to multitask, and willing to learn.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle basic accounting and data entry tasks.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment records.
- Monitor and update accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintain proper filing of accounting and administrative documents.
- Assist in preparing monthly reports and payment summaries.
- Handle petty cash and record company expenses.
- Assist with payroll and staff claim documentation.
- Manage office administrative duties and correspondence.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and support daily office operations.
- Manage general office administration and daily operations.
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in accounting or administrative role.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Knowledge of accounting software will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Responsible, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
- Able to commence work in June 2026.
