• Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly and professionally to customers enquiries.
• Ensure that the company’s customer database is properly entered and kept in a way that whenever any information is needed in the future, it can be easily accessed.
• Resolve product and service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
• Receiving and processing purchase orders.
• Provide quotation to customers and other enquiries.
• Verifying orders, including customers’ personal information and payment details.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure efficient operations.
• Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
• Prepare reports by analysing and summarizing information, and design new reports in accordance with management’s needs.
• Supervise and mentor team members and teach improved processes in order to enhance staff accomplishments.
• To conduct any ad-hoc tasks request from the Top Management at any time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
