The Faculty of Business and Management (FBM) offers a comprehensive range of undergraduate, diploma, master’s, and doctoral programs designed to integrate theory with practical applications. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Lecturer based in Johor Bahru. The Finance Lecturer will be responsible for delivering lectures in finance or related fields, preparing lesson plans, developing course materials, and conducting assessments. Other duties include mentoring students, engaging in scholarly research, and contributing to curriculum development. Active participation in academic committees, faculty meetings, and university activities will also be an integral part of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Finance and Accounting, with the ability to teach these topics effectively.
• Professional knowledge of Finance and related industry, complemented by the ability to apply these subjects to teaching and academic work.
• Proven experience in Lecturing, curriculum design, and facilitating active classroom engagement.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Finance. A Ph.D. is an added advantage
