Roles s Responsibilities:
SAP Market Intelligence s Strategy (Malaysia)
- Own and continuously update end-to-end SAP market intelligence for Malaysia, including:
- Customer SAP landscapes (ECC,S/4HANA, RISE, BTP, SuccessFactors, Ariba, IBP)
- SAP roadmap adoption trends and timelines
- Competitor positioning (global SIs, local partners, hyperscaler-led plays)
- Advise leadership on market white spaces, account prioritization, and growth bets
- Shape SAP-led GTM strategy aligned to industry, regulatory, and digital transformation priorities
SAP Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth
- Own SAP revenue, pipeline, and growth targets for Malaysia
- Drive large SAP deal origination, including S/4HANA programs, RISE with SAP, and cloud transformations
- Lead deal shaping, pricing, commercials, and contract negotiations
- Partner with SAP account teams to execute co-sell and joint pursuit strategies
- Convert SAP market intelligence into actionable opportunities and closures
Customer Engagement & Executive Connects
- Maintain strong, trusted CXO-level relationships across SAP customer ecosystem in Malaysia
- Engage CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, COOs, and Transformation Heads as a strategic SAP advisor
- Lead executive workshops, roadmap discussions, and transformation visioning sessions
- Act as the single accountable leader for strategic SAP customers and pursuits
Program & Delivery Leadership
- Provide overall leadership and governance for large, complex SAP transformation programs
- Ensure program health, financial discipline, risk management, and stakeholder alignment
- Partner with delivery leaders to ensure on-time, on-budget, and value-driven execution
- Drive program recovery, escalation management, and executive communication where required
SAP Ecosystem & Alliance Management
- Work closely with SAP, hyperscalers, and ecosystem partners to build differentiated solutions
- Leverage SAP programs, incentives, and roadmaps to strengthen deal positioning
- Support joint marketing, thought leadership, and industry events
- Influence SAP account planning and regional prioritization for Malaysia
Thought Leadership & Market Presence
- Represent the organization as an SAP thought leader in Malaysia
- Contribute to industry forums, SAP events, CXO roundtables, and advisory boards
- Publish or present insights on SAP transformation, RISE adoption, cloud ERP, and industry use cases
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- SAP revenue and YoY growth (Malaysia)
- Qualified SAP pipeline and conversion rate
- Large deal wins and program profitability
- Customer satisfaction and executive relationship depth
- Program delivery health (schedule, margin, risk)
Experience & Qualifications Required
- 15–20+ years in SAP sales, program leadership, or consulting
- Proven experience leading large SAP transformation deals and programs
- Deep, hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, RISE with SAP and SAP cloud portfolio
- Strong Malaysia SAP market understanding and customer network
- Demonstrated success engaging CXO-level stakeholders
