Full Time RETAIL SUPERVISOR Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in JANNAHNOE EMPIRE SDN BHD Federal Territory - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• Fully responsible for the boutique daily operation including opening & closing of boutique, sales, boutique's cleanliness & safety in accordance to standard Operating procedure
• To monitor and ensure stock inventory is always available and sufficient to achieve the sales target.
• Offer a consistently good memorable customer service experience
• Achieved and meet the target sales set by Head Quarter
• Plan among the team to maintaining and increasing of company sales
• To manage and supervise all sales assistant
• Report daily sales to Operation Manager
• Prepare Monthly sales report and send to Operation Manager.
• Guiding and managing boutique team to develop strong sales
• Supervise and manage staff usage of s.o.p and company policy.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level in any field.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in supervision, related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
• Able to work at IOI City Mall, Putrajaya.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
