JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Site Supervisor to support outlet development, renovation, and fit-out projects. This role will be responsible for monitoring site activities, coordinating contractors, ensuring project progress follows schedule, and maintaining work quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced retail environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Site Coordination & Supervision

• Supervise daily site operations for outlet opening, renovation, and fit-out projects
• Monitor contractor work progress and ensure work is carried out according to schedule and company standards
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, technicians, and internal departments on project execution
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, cleanliness, and safety compliance
• Ensure all site activities comply with operational and safety requirements

Project Monitoring

• Assist Project Manager in tracking project timelines and progress
• Report site updates, delays, issues, and work completion status to management
• Follow up closely on outstanding works, defects, and rectification
• Ensure project milestones are achieved within timeline

Quality & Safety Control

• Ensure workmanship quality meets company expectations
• Monitor materials usage and site conditions
• Identify and escalate potential site risks or issues proactively
• Ensure proper safety practices are followed by contractors and workers on-site

Store Opening Support

• Support pre-opening setup and operational readiness for new outlets
• Coordinate installation of fixtures, equipment, signage, and utilities
• Ensure stores are ready for handover and opening according to operational requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Certificate in Construction, Building Management, Engineering, Project Management, or related field
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in site supervision, renovation, fit-out, construction, or retail projects
• Experience in retail outlet, supermarket, commercial, or F&B projects is an added advantage
• Able to read and understand basic drawings and site plans
• Good coordination and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on, responsible, and able to work independently
• Willing to travel frequently between project sites within Klang Valley
• Able to work flexible hours when project schedules require

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience handling retail fit-out or outlet opening projects
• Familiarity with safety and site compliance requirements
• Strong communication skills in coordinating with contractors and internal teams

• Frequent travelling and on-site supervision required

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
