Kerja Sepenuh Masa Receiving Supervisor - Executive, Gaji tinggi MYR 4,000 di NSK GROCER (KL) SDN BHD Federal Territory - Maukerja

This position is open to candidates at both Supervisor and Executive levels, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate daily receiving activities
• Verify incoming goods against delivery orders, invoices, and purchase orders
• Ensure quantity, quality, and product conditions are checked accurately upon receiving
• Report damaged, missing, excess, or incorrect items
• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, warehouse, and internal departments regarding deliveries
• Ensure proper documentation, record keeping, and system updates for received goods
• Monitor stock handling and storage practices to minimize damages and losses
• Support inventory control, stock count, and operational activities when required
• Ensure receiving area is organized, clean, and compliant with safety procedures
• Supervise and guide receiving staff to ensure smooth operations and productivity

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in receiving, warehouse, logistics, or retail operations
• Experience in supermarket, retail chain, FMCG, or warehouse environment is an added advantage
• Good knowledge of receiving procedures and inventory handling
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with inventory systems
• Strong attention to detail, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced operational environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience handling high-volume receiving operations
• Supervisory or team leadership experience is an added advantage
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP systems

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
