Job Description:
1. Content Creation & Direction
- Brainstorm & Blueprint: Plan, script, and storyboard engaging video content tailored specifically to platform vibes (TikTok & Instagram).
- Direct the Vision: Collaborate closely with the video team to direct shoots, ensuring the final output perfectly aligns with our brand tone and creative goals.
- The Final Polish: Review first cuts of edited videos and provide sharp, constructive feedback to maintain high quality and peak viewer engagement.
2. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Data-Driven Creativity: Analyze weekly and monthly performance metrics to evaluate content effectiveness and spot optimization opportunities.
- Strategic Insights: Develop actionable reports and present data-backed recommendations to constantly refine and evolve our content strategy.
3. Trend Research & Integration
- Stay Culturally Relevant: Keep your finger on the pulse of platform-specific trends, viral formats, memes, and cultural moments.
- Inspiration Curation: Curate and distribute trending content via our Digital Management System (DMS) to keep the wider team inspired.
- Trend Jacking: Seamlessly integrate relevant trends into our active content pipeline to boost organic engagement and reach.
4. Content Optimization
- Algorithm Whisperer: Enhance video content for maximum visibility and interaction, perfectly aligned with each platform’s unique algorithm.
- Hook & Hold: Leverage metadata, strategic post timing, and other performance drivers to maximize content lifecycle and results.
5. PUGC Management (Professionally User-Generated Content)
- Authentic Vibes: Support the creation of high-performing, authentic, user-style content that resonates deeply with the community.
- Quality Control: Ensure all PUGC assets stay completely true to brand standards while meeting high quality expectations.
6. Beyond the Script
- Contributed to broader creative initiatives and major company projects as needed.
- Bring your energy to collaborative brainstorming sessions, creative reviews, and cross-team strategy meets.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in brand marketing, influencer management, or campaign strategy (preferably within beauty, fashion, or FMCG sectors).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, influencer trends, and content strategy.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and branding consistency.
- Proficient in campaign analytics and performance evaluation.
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet tight deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
