Job description

Responsibilities;

· To perform troubleshooting on network equipment as well as customer premise equipment

· Conduct maintenance of electrical systems

· Installing, maintaining, and repairing cable infrastructure.

· Performing maintenance on existing cabling systems.

· Troubleshooting issues with cable network.

· Handling basic repairs and maintenance.

· Provide high-quality service to all customers

· Other ad-hoc task as and when required by the department

· To perform trouble ticket (TT)/Docket

· To perform test call/speed call

· Configuration at sites

. Location preferred Penang and Sungai Petani

Qualifications

· SPM / Diploma in Electronic/Electrical Engineering / Certificate with major in Telecommunication or other related fields

· WAH/ CIDB/ NIOSH certification in a plus

· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history

· Experience using hand and electrical tools

· Ability to read technical manuals and drawings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
