Position: Telesales Executive
Location: IOI Boulevard, Puchong (Just a short walk from IOI Puchong Jaya LRT Station)

Remuneration Package

• Basic Salary: RM2,400
• Attractive Commission Scheme — Earn up to RM3,500 or more monthly

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and goal-oriented Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team. You will play a key role in generating sales opportunities and nurturing strong customer relationships through professional and persuasive phone communication. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in interpersonal interactions, enjoy presenting products or services, and are driven to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively engage potential customers by promoting products and services clearly and confidently.
• Address customer inquiries, recommend tailored solutions, and close sales using various payment methods.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Work collaboratively with team members and follow guidance from the Team Leader to meet both personal and team objectives.

Employment Details

• Contract Duration: 12 months (high potential for permanent placement based on performance)
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Weekends & Public Holidays Off)
• Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum qualification: SPM or equivalent
• Prior telesales or customer service experience is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, polite, and persuasive phone manner
• Self-driven, proactive, and motivated by targets
