Senior HR Executive
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior HR Executive with a strong background in Human Resources and a Degree in HR or a related field. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of the end-to-end recruitment process while supporting strategic initiatives to attract, engage, and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational growth and workforce needs.
- Conduct proactive sourcing and talent mapping to build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Strengthen employer branding through targeted initiatives to enhance the organization’s visibility and attractiveness in the talent market.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout all stages of the hiring process.
- Collaborate closely with department heads to understand hiring requirements and provide strategic HR support.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and provide timely reporting to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple recruitment projects.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
