Tanggungjawab

The Customer Care Consultant (CCC) role is to resolve customer complaints via Chat. The CCC is required to greet customers warmly and ascertain the problem or reason for calling. The CCC is also required to assist customer in their inquiries.

Working Location : Plaza Sentral, KL Sentral (Easy Access to Public Transport (LRT/KTM, MRT, Monorail, ERL, Bus and E-hailing services)

- Medical & Hospitalization entitlement

- Training is provided

- Fully vaccinated applicants only

- Able to start immediately

Working Days : Rotational Shift Monday - Sunday *Work any 5 days in a week with 2 days off

Working Hours :

* 9AM - 6PM

* 10AM - 7PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
