We have an Immediate Opening Game Operator / Digital Operator with our reputed Client.

Work Mode –Onsite (Work from Office)

Description

Support and manage digital workflows, data processes, and technical issues related to CLIENT GAME digital platforms during Match operations. Ensure smooth operations of CLIENT GAME’s digital systems, providing technical support, and managing data workflows efficiently.

Job Requirement and Qualification :

· Must communicate clearly and concisely in English, both in written and verbal forms (via phone, chat, email).

· Strong understanding of digital technologies, platforms, and tools, including content management systems and digital marketing platforms.

· Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to digital systems.

· Clear and concise communication, both written and verbal – English- (either via phone, via chat, email)

· Strong client-facing and communication skills

· Experience in providing customer service support in a digital/IT environment around software services

· Experience in managing access rights and permissions for applications and users.

Job Resposibilities:

Communication & Coordination

· Recognize roles of various actors during live operations and communicate effectively with team members using Teams Chats and Slack channels (know who and which group to address for each case to ensure zero escalations).

· Present and communicate complex data concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Workflows

· Apply workflows and maintain a good knowledge of data workflows for each type of provided service, utilizing Collector and proper FSP dashboards.

Reporting

· Prepare and send required reports and know where to address reported issues promptly.

Incident Handling

· Provide timely and clear responses to issues and apply consolidated workarounds for known issues (Respond within a 5-minute time frame and apply workarounds in Dashboards and Swing)

· Analyze complex data sets to derive insights and support operational decision-making.

Tickets creation

· Open a Jira or Care ticket according to the respective case.

High Level Tasks

· Perform higher-level tasks related to Match operations.

· Master the use of the necessary tools such as VSM, Swing, and more.
