Tanggungjawab

Recruitment & Selection

  • To assist in manpower planning and recruitment.
  • Ensure the recruitment is in line with the manning guide and approved budget.
  • To interview potential candidates for positions of officer ranking and below with department heads for the final short-listing and wage scale consideration before the Chief Executive Officer’s final approval.
  • To recommend on hiring decision in accordance with the established policies and requirements
  • To work closely with the Head of Department to help department heads identify the manpower needs of their respective departments based on short and long-range planning and develop plan to meet these requirements.
  • To carry out placement of recruitment advertisements (internal & external) as and when necessary.
  • To make necessary arrangements for pre-employment medical check-up.
  • To arrange setting up of workstations for new staff of executive ranking and above at least two weeks in advance before reporting date
  • To provide administrative support to the Head of Department in the implementation of Human Resources strategies and initiatives to improve staff morale and productivity and to reduce staff turnover to ensure the Key Performance Indicators on staff retention and attrition are duly met.

Disiplinary

  • To assist in handling disciplinary matters in accordance with disciplinary policy and procedure and to ensure coherence and fairness in the implementation.
  • Promote and assist employees to achieve and maintain the desired standards of conduct and performance in working place.
  • To assist in attending to all employee’s grievances in accordance with grievance procedures as and when necessary.
  • To provide administrative support in conducting a domestic inquiry and take disciplinary actions towards errant employees as instructed by the Head of Department in accordance with rules and procedures established by the hospital and within the ambit of prevailing employment laws and acts.
  • Handles the drafting and issuance of Disiplinary related letters with proper tracking ans time management.

Compensation and Benefit

  • Tracking for medical coverage and usage of all medical entitlements.
  • Tracking and monitoring of staff leave balance.
  • Issuance of Guarantor Letter accordingly.
  • Issuarance and monitoring of staff uniform.

Job Desriptions

  • To liaise, coordinate and compile all Job Descriptions for the whole hospital.
  • To ensure that all Job Descriptions are updated accordingly and file according to department for easy access.
  • To ensure that all new employees are given Job Descriptions on the report for duty date.

Student Sponsor

  • To ensure the fulfillment of the Diploma in Nursing student quota on a yearly basis.
  • Verification on documentations and submission for stamping.
  • Organize engagement sessions with the student nurses.

Staff Uniform

  • To ensure uniforms are ordered and issued according based on the approved budget.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
