Tanggungjawab

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update inventory records in the system
  • Monitor stock levels and notify supervisors of low or missing items.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff, drivers, and suppliers to ensure timely movement of goods.
  • Perform accurate data entry for inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to order status, stock availability, or delivery schedules.
  • Generate daily, weekly, or monthly warehouse reports as required.
  • Assist with inventory audits and resolve documentation discrepancies.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for warehouse documents.
  • Support general office tasks including printing, scanning, and email communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or logistics training is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with inventory or logistics systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory processes.
  • Must have driving forklift license for drive the forklift during the work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
