Role Mission

Drive the implementation, optimisation, and adoption of identity and access management (IAM) capabilities across StarHub, ensuring secure, compliant, and seamless user access to enterprise platforms, with an initial focus on Google Workspace (GWS) enablement and identity uplift.

This role owns the identity product lifecycle, including licensing, configuration, process optimisation, and user experience, while ensuring alignment with security, compliance, and business needs.

Accountabilities

  • Own the Identity product roadmap covering IAM, SSO, and DLP capabilities.
  • Drive successful implementation and adoption of identity services, with GWS as a priority platform.
  • Optimise licensing, access models, and identity-related processes to improve efficiency and control.
  • Ensure identity solutions meet security, compliance, and governance requirements.
  • Partner with Security, IS, and business stakeholders to uplift identity maturity across the organisation.

Responsibilities

· Lead product ownership for IAM, SSO, and DLP solutions, from requirements through delivery and optimisation.

· Drive GWS identity integration, including user lifecycle management, access controls, and SSO enablement.

· Define and manage identity-related licensing models, ensuring cost efficiency and correct entitlement usage.

· Optimise joiner–mover–leaver (JML) and access provisioning processes through automation and standardisation.

· Partner with Cybersecurity and Risk teams to embed security, privacy, and compliance controls into identity design.

· Collaborate with IS delivery teams, vendors, and integrators to ensure quality and timely implementation.

· Establish identity governance, including access standards, role models, and approval workflows.

· Monitor product performance, adoption, and risk indicators to drive continuous improvement.

· Provide clear product guidance and prioritisation to stakeholders and delivery teams.

Ideal Track Record

· 8–12 years of experience in identity management, security platforms, or enterprise product management.

  • Proven experience delivering IAM, SSO, or access-related platforms in large organisations.
  • Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, access governance, and security controls.
  • Experience supporting collaboration platforms (e.g. GWS, M365) from an identity perspective preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Security, IS, and business teams.

· Successfully deliver identity foundations for GWS rollout, including SSO, access controls, and user lifecycle integration, supporting all planned rollout phases with minimal identity-related issues.

2. IAM & SSO Maturity Uplift

  • Establish a standardised IAM and SSO model across priority enterprise applications, achieving ≥ 80% coverage of targeted systems within 12 months.

3. Licensing & Entitlement Optimisation

  • Implement optimised identity and GWS licensing models, reducing unused or misassigned licenses by ≥ 20% while improving entitlement accuracy.

4. Identity Process Optimisation

  • Standardise and automate joiner–mover–leaver (JML) and access provisioning processes, achieving ≥ 30% reduction in manual identity-related effort or access turnaround time.

5. Security & Compliance Enablement

  • Strengthen identity-related security controls (e.g. access reviews, least-privilege models, DLP integration), resulting in measurable reduction in access risk findings or audit issues.
