Kerja Sepenuh Masa Process Engineer, Gaji tinggi MYR 5,000 di VENTURE GES MANUFACTURING SERVICES (M) SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

1) Contribute to the workplace safety and health improvement for the employees, as well as environmental protection, by adhering to the company’s Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures, and helping to achieve EHS objectives and targets through participation of EHS programs.

2) To lead Process Engineering activity for NPI project assigned, including new equipment / process tooling proposal and layout planning.

3) Production Line setup and tooling/jig planning for new product launch.

4) Evaluate and perform first level failure analysis on Production fallouts. Provide engineering solution to manufacturing issues.

5) Work Improvement or Cycle Time reduction projects and process yield improvement.

6) Analyse and plan workstation layout, workflow and conduct UPH study.

7) Be the team lead for the technicians assigned. To supervise and guide on process technicians to ensure the effectiveness of the daily job function completion.

8) Attending production meeting to address engineering issues to support production OTD.

9) Indirect material purchase and coordination.

10) To lead and own process yield meeting and drive for root cause investigation and identifying effective corrective action.

11) To apply lean manufacturing concept and optimize productivity and quality to improve overall product manufacturing aspect.

12) To recommend quality/ safety improvement measures to immediate superior.

13) To participate on ECN meeting and ensure the action required on Process side being implemented correctly within the target date set.

14) To ensure all workers under his/her supervision have obtained necessary training.

15) To encourage workers to report violations of company labor and ethics policies

16) To ensure identified labor and ethics issues are corrected in a timely manner, etc

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
