Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, office supervisor, site supervisors and security personnel on operational matters.
• Prepare and manage operational reports and proposals related to security site activities, manpower deployment, incidents, complaints, and follow-up actions on operational matters.
• Ensuring compliance with company SOPs and security industry regulations.
• Handle daily administrative and office coordination matters.
• Assist with tender documents, contracts and monthly reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support business growth.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM/STPM, Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in property management is required.
• Experience in security services, facilities management or related industries is an added advantage.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Good documentation and report preparation skills.
• Responsible, organised, and able to work independently, with on-the-job training provided, while ensuring tasks are completed within deadlines.
• Good in Logical Thinking & Problem Solving.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
