Position Overview
We are looking for a hardworking and willing-to-learn IT Support Assistant to join our team. Fresh graduates with SPM qualification are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided for candidates who are passionate about IT and technology.

Job Scope:

• Basic computer software and hardware support
• Setup, install, and troubleshoot PCs/laptops
• Assist with office network troubleshooting and maintenance
• Inventory and IT equipment management
• Support daily IT operations and technical tasks
• Learn and assist in system development and website development
• Explore and use AI tools for work improvement and automation

Job Requirements:

• SPM / Diploma fresh graduates are welcome
• Basic knowledge of computer software and hardware
• Willing to learn and hardworking attitude
• Interest in IT support, systems, websites, or AI technology
• Responsible and able to work independently
• Good communication and teamwork skills
