Job Purpose

The BC/DR Consultant is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining business continuity and disaster recovery strategies for the internal (Strateq Data Centre) and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement BC/DR frameworks tailored to Strateq Data Centre operations / client requirement.
  • Conduct BCM Awareness for internal (Strateq Data Centre) and client (If required).
  • Conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
  • Create/maintain BCM plans
  • Lead regular BC/DR simulations and testing to validate recovery procedures.
  • Document recovery processes and update plans based on lessons learned.
  • Present as BCM representative for audit and support compliance reviews.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Professional certifications such as CBCP (Certified Business Continuity Professional)

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
