Summary:

PharmaGrad is required to support the increasing scope and complexity of activities. The positions are necessary to support weekly system updates and data housekeeping activities arising from the integration of ePerolehan, PIERS, and SAP. This will ensure data accuracy, process efficiency, and timely execution of procurement-related activities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in order processing involving ePerolehan, PIERS and SAP for Biopharma trading business.
• Support end-to-end procurement and supply chain activities for Biopharma operations, including purchase order processing, coordination with internal stakeholders, and supplier follow-ups.
• Perform weekly system updates and data housekeeping related to Biopharma procurement activities to ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
• Support and manage system integration activities involving ePerolehan, PIERS, and SAP, including data reconciliation, validation, and issue tracking.
• Assist in monitoring procurement timelines, delivery schedules, and documentation to ensure continuity of supply and compliance with internal procedures.
• Prepare and maintain procurement-related reports, trackers, and records for management review and audit purposes.
• Provide operational support for the insulin tender process, including system updates, documentation coordination, and ongoing data maintenance.

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
