Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, with occasional opportunities to work from home. The Technical Coordinator will oversee the coordination and delivery of technical services, manage customer relationships, and troubleshoot issues. Responsibilities include providing technical support, ensuring the smooth implementation of IT projects, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs. Additionally, the role includes monitoring and maintaining IT systems, ensuring timely resolution of technical challenges, and handling customer inquiries effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong Technical Support and Customer Service skills to address client inquiries and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Proficiency in Project Management and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Analytical Skills to diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems and propose appropriate solutions.
• Outstanding Communication skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with team members and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, networking systems, and hardware assembly is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Certifications in relevant areas like Microsoft and Intel solutions are considered a plus.
