• Process and review travel and expense (T&E) claims in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensure accurate and timely posting of accounts payable transactions.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address any queries related to T&E claims.
• Assist in month-end closing activities for the accounts payable function.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit purposes.
• Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Provide reports and insights to the accounting & finance department as needed.
  
  

Anforderungsprofil

A Successful AP (T&E) Should Have

• A diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with accounts payable processes, particularly T&E claims.
