Finance Manager for Investment Holding Company (Fresh Auditors are welcomed)

A Bursa Malaysia listed diversified investment holding group with business interests across multiple industries and investment subsidiaries.

Your new role

• Oversee and prepare full sets of accounts for the holding company and selected investment subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
  
• Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including management reporting and support for group-level consolidation activities.
  
• Act as the key liaison with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory stakeholders for audit and compliance matters.
  
• Manage corporate tax-related matters including tax computation, deferred tax, provisions, filings, and coordination with tax advisors.
  
• Support the Corporate Finance function on financial analysis, reporting initiatives, process improvements, and governance-related matters.
  
• Work closely with subsidiary finance teams to ensure consistency in accounting practices, internal controls, and reporting standards across the group.
  
• Participate in improving financial processes and reporting efficiency through accounting systems and workflow enhancements.
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 4 years of external audit experience, preferably with exposure to listed companies, group structures, or diversified clients.
  
• Strong hands-on experience in full sets of accounts, statutory reporting, audit coordination, and taxation matters
  
• Familiarity with MFRS/IFRS reporting standards and corporate governance requirements within a structured finance environment
  
• Professional qualification in progress or completed (ACCA, ICAEW, CPA, or equivalent) with a solid technical accounting foundation.
  
• Advantageous to have exposure to group consolidation, investment holding structures, or Bursa-listed company reporting.
