Responsibilities:
Conduct checks on incoming documentation for consistency and compliance with established processes.
Provide administrative support and maintain adherence to system processes.
Manage incoming enquiries via calls and emails efficiently.
Assess and review loan agreements thoroughly.
Perform any additional duties as required.
Requirements:
Minimum GCE N-level qualification.
Experience in sales or customer service is advantageous.
Strong verbal communication skills with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
