Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer position based in Singapore. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and solutions to clients, assisting in sales processes, and building strong customer relationships. Key tasks include understanding customer requirements, preparing technical presentations, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with internal teams to drive sales growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Expertise in engineering sales with the ability to understand and apply technical concepts to customer solutions.
• Strong Sales and Customer Service skills to manage client interactions and drive sales processes effectively.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging clients and presenting technical solutions clearly.
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to understanding and addressing customer needs.
• Relevant academic background in Engineering or a related technical field is highly preferred.
• Experience in energy efficiency, cooling solutions, or telecom systems is a plus.
• Experience in construction industry and paint sales process is preferred
