Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy and continuously improve demand planning processes across end markets and regional business cycles

• Ensure governance and compliance with demand planning standards

• Perform scenario analysis to identify risks, market changes, and growth opportunities

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to understand forecasting drivers

• Analyze data to improve forecast accuracy and optimize planning models

• Align forecasts with inventory strategies and market trends

• Support third-party customer business activities

Operational Scope:

• Manage Production, Purchase, and Sales Orders across SAP

• Handle Proforma Invoices and coordinate shipment processes

• Manage bottleneck situations including order release, contingencies, and returns

• Work closely with Production, QC, and Logistics for smooth operations

Requirements:

• Experience in Demand Planning / Supply Chain / Forecasting

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• SAP knowledge is an added advantage

• Good stakeholder management and communication skills
