Trainer Executive

Job Description

• Conduct training sessions for the sales team and promoters, ensuring strong product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
• Act as a regional trainer, driving consistency in product messaging and selling techniques across different areas.
• Deliver soft skills training, including photography techniques and social media promotion skills, to enhance promoters’ overall performance.
• Provide product and sales training for business partners’ promoters (e.g., Maxis, Senheng), ensuring alignment with brand standards.
• Support external stakeholders with training materials and activities to strengthen collaboration and product advocacy.
• Stay up to date with the latest product features and technologies.
• Discover and translate new product features into clear, practical training modules.
• Continuously improve training content and methodology to suit different audiences.

Requirements

• Diploma or above, preferably in Business, Marketing, Training, or related fields.
• No experience needed ( *training provided* ).
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to translate technical product knowledge into easy-to-understand training.
• Willing to travel nationwide for training assignments.
• Passionate about mobile technology and digital trends.
