We are looking for a creative and commercially driven marketing professional to lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns for our Watches & Jewellery category across global markets.
This role will be responsible for driving brand visibility, supporting product launches, and delivering impactful multi-channel campaigns that enhance customer engagement and strengthen the brand’s premium positioning. The ideal candidate is passionate about luxury, fashion, and storytelling, with strong experience in campaign execution and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Campaigns & Brand Growth
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns for the Watches & Jewellery category across multiple channels and markets.
- Support brand growth and customer engagement through strategic and creative marketing initiatives.
- Ensure all campaigns and communications align with the brand’s premium positioning and identity.
Product Launch & Market Coordination
- Work closely with regional teams to coordinate product launches, promotional activities, and campaign rollouts.
- Partner with product development teams to support timely launches aligned with market trends and opportunities.
- Ensure consistent messaging and execution across different regions and platforms.
Campaign Execution & Partnerships
- Collaborate with creative teams, agencies, production partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality campaigns and brand experiences.
- Support the planning and execution of events, exhibitions, and brand activations to increase market visibility and customer engagement.
- Assist in managing campaign timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Performance Analysis & Market Insights
- Monitor campaign performance, customer engagement, and market trends to identify improvement opportunities.
- Analyze consumer insights and campaign data to optimize content, media strategy, and audience targeting.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging luxury market developments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Luxury Brand Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, product marketing, or category management.
- Experience within luxury, fashion, watches, jewellery, beauty, or premium consumer brands is highly preferred.
- Proven experience supporting product launches, marketing campaigns, and regional or global projects.
- Strong understanding of luxury branding, consumer behavior, and premium market positioning.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance and market insights.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and presentation development.
