Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in account management, influencer marketing, or digital agency
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience leading a small team or being a team lead
  • Familiarity with TikTok, IG, YouTube, XHS, and other social platforms
  • Ability to propose new solutions to improve revenue or internal efficiency
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously

Responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and dependable Senior Key Account Executive to support and guide our Key Account team while ensuring smooth operational execution across campaigns. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership potential and a solid understanding of influencer marketing or campaign management.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Guidance & Coordination

  • Provide day-to-day guidance and support to junior Key Account team members.
  • Act as a go-to person for resolving blockers, ensuring quality, and maintaining timeline alignment across campaigns.
  • Help onboard and mentor new team members, sharing best practices and SOPs.

Client & Campaign Management

  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring smooth coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and grow strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Provide strategic input and creative recommendations to drive better results
  • Analyze campaign data and create performance reports with actionable insights

Innovation & Business Expansion

  • Work closely with the management to identify workflow gaps and suggest improvements.
  • Bring fresh ideas to the table – new campaign formats, influencer strategies, platforms, and revenue opportunities
  • Proactively identify ways to add value to clients and grow existing accounts
  • Keep a pulse on market and platform trends to keep the agency ahead of the curve
