•  Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in marketing, preferably within the medical, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or nutraceutical industry.
• Proven ability to initiate and manage projects independently.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO/SEM tools, email automation, analytics dashboards).
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging healthcare professionals and business partners.
• Critical thinker with an analytical mindset and ability to provide logical, data-driven solutions.
• (Added Advantage) Ability to use Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop for marketing creatives, visual materials, or packaging support.

 Project Execution
- Collaborate with team members of new product launches, campaigns, or projects with minimal supervision.
- Apply logical problem-solving and adaptability when challenges arise.

• Campaign Management
  - Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns (digital/ social media/ traditional)
  - Track and analyze results, optimizing campaigns to achieve KPIs and ROI.
• Market Research & Strategy
  - Conduct market and competitor research within the healthcare / pharmaceutical sector to identify opportunities and trends.
  - Develop marketing strategies and proposals aligned with company objectives.
• Collaboration & Coordination
  - Work closely with internal teams in all marketing-related activities.
  - Support events, conferences, sponsorships, and promotional activities.
