Hiring: Sales Admin Assistant (12-Month Contract)
Salary: $2,500 – $2,900
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Admin Assistant to support our Vehicle Admin Registration Team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys handling administrative processes with accuracy and efficiency.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter customer and vehicle registration details into the CRM system
Prepare documentation and assist with LTA vehicle registration processes
Handle COE-related matters and update On-Board Unit (OBU) details
Set up and maintain vehicle ownership records in the system
Generate and issue vehicle tax invoices
Scan, upload, and maintain proper filing of documents
Review vehicle orders for accuracy prior to processing
Support ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
Who We’re Looking For
Polytechnic Diploma and above (or equivalent)
Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative support role
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, resourceful, and able to solve problems independently
