Role SummaryWe’re looking for a Product Manager with 1–2+ years of experience to help drive product development, manage client needs, and own delivery timelines. You’ll work across discovery, scoping, and delivery, shaping how AI-powered systems come to life in the real world.
Key Responsibilities- Own the product lifecycle for assigned features or verticals—from discovery and scoping to delivery and iteration.
- Work closely with engineers, designers, and data scientists to build and launch high-impact products.
- Convert business and user problems into structured product requirements, user stories, and documentation (PRDs, specs, flows).
- Engage with clients directly: gather and refine client requests, manage feedback loops, and translate them into feasible product enhancements.
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, clearly communicating product rationale and trade-offs to stakeholders.
- Plan and manage timelines to ensure product delivery stays on track and meets business expectations.
- Prioritize product initiatives by balancing user value, technical effort, and business objectives.
- Support implementation, onboarding, and post-launch iterations through strong coordination and follow-through.
- Contribute to internal planning processes such as roadmap development and release scoping.
Required Qualifications- 1–2+ years of experience in a Product Manager, Associate Product Manager or Business Analyst role, ideally in Technology.
- Demonstrated ability to write clear, structured documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills—comfortable working with engineering, design, and client stakeholders.
- Experience in timeline planning and coordinating multiple initiatives in parallel.
- Confidence in handling client-facing conversations and simplifying technical topics into business-friendly language.
- Comfortable managing ambiguity and defining structure in early-stage product environments.
Optional Qualifications- Experience working on AI, automation, or B2B SaaS products.
- Prior involvement in client solutioning or implementation projects.
- Understanding of machine learning concepts, LLMs, or agent-based systems (conceptual knowledge is sufficient).
- Startup experience or exposure to lean product development methodologies.
- Ability to create quick mockups, flow diagrams, or low-fidelity prototypes during product planning.
