Tanggungjawab

  • Identify and manage project interfaces, ensuring clear handovers between contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Develop and implement interface management protocols for contractors, including schedules, responsibilities, and communication processes.
  • Assess and manage interface risks, ensuring they are appropriately allocated and mitigated.
  • Ensure smooth execution of interfaces through design, construction, commissioning, and handover phases.
  • Monitor dependencies between project packages to prevent delays or conflicts.
  • Maintain accurate interface documentation and provide regular status updates to project leadership.
  • Facilitate coordination and communication across all stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with project governance, procedures, and contractual obligations.
  • Support project commissioning and handover by verifying all interface deliverables are complete.
