We are hiring on behalf of our client in healthcare service industry, Customer Service Support / Administrative Assistants for a 3-month contract role, with possible extension and potential opportunity for permanent conversion based on business needs and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative and data entry support
• Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries professionally
• Assist with follow-ups and coordination duties
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable communicating over the phone
• Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
• Able to commit for at least 3 months
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
• 8.30am – 5.30pm OR
• 9.00am – 6.00pm
Pay Rate:
$11 per hour
Work Locations:
Bugis / Habourfront
