Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain Operational Security workflow & SOP
• Conduct daily checks in the premises
• Record visitor’s information in occurrence book upon visitation.
• Carry out hourly patrolling and clocking for safety purposes
• Execute the process for all residents’ check-in
• Conduct in-house rules briefing to residents in dormitory
• Conduct safety and housekeeping checks for all residents' rooms
• Advise and enforce the tenants on security matters with regards to house rules
• Able to react in emergency situations in the premise followed by executing the standard protocol.
• Perform any other duties assigned by operations supervisors, executives and dormitory manager from time to time

Job Requirement

• Min. GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level with Security license obtained.
• 1 – 3 years’ experience in Security field preferred
• Manage operations in the dormitory
• Upkeep general cleanliness inside the guardhouse
• Present himself with professionalism and work in a team.
