About the Company

Durkee is a multi-national high-tech enterprise with a focus on offering solutions of high quality elastomeric thermal insulation and customized flexible air ducting system in the HVAC/R industry over the past 30 years.


Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies that drive revenue growth through distributors, resellers, and solution partners.
  • Build and maximise market share for Durkee integrated non rigid air duct and/or insulation solutions in the assigned territory with focused commercial and industrial HVAC applications.
  • Focus on introducing and promoting the products by influencing project specifications and building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate technical information effectively.
  • Develop awareness of industry trends and conduct in-depth analysis. Maintain comprehensive understanding of competitors’ products, services, and strategic initiatives.
  • Translate technical requirements into product specifications and ensure projects align with those specifications while meeting regulatory and client requirements.
  • Work closely with key engineering, architectural and design team to identify products that meet the needs of a project and understand the key selling points on each product.

Job Requirements

  • A Degree background in M&E Engineering, Civil Engineering or Technical Related Field
  • Experience on HVAC systems, insulation materials and ducting systems would be an advantage
  • Ideally candidate should have experience in technical sales and channel/distributor management within the industry.
  • Demonstrated success in growing sales through channel partners and direct customer engagement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software and project tracking tools
  • Will require out-sales activities for 80% of the time

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, 0900hr to 1745hr (Hybrid)
