KoolLogix Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based technology company specializing in advanced data centre cooling and thermal management solutions. We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a technically strong and hands-on Project Manager to support our growing projects across Singapore and the ASEAN region.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project execution for data centre cooling and thermal management projects
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Monitor project schedules, site progress, project documentation, and deliverables
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Support technical discussions, troubleshooting, commissioning, and site coordination
• Manage project risks, variation orders, and timeline control
• Ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction
• Support regional projects and occasional overseas travel when required
  
  

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in:
• ACMV / HVAC systems
• Data centre cooling
• Thermal management systems
• M&E or mission-critical infrastructure projects
• Able to understand mechanical drawings and technical specifications
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working in both office and site environments
