We're looking for a creative and execution-driven Multimedia Designer to join our agency. You'll be working across real client accounts. Designing, producing, and delivering content that spans social media, digital campaigns, and brand activations. If you can take a brief, run with it, and deliver work that looks good and performs. What You'll Do
- Design and produce content across social media platforms: statics, carousels, short-form video, Reels, Stories
- Execute on creative direction end-to-end: from concept to final deliverable
- Edit and produce short-form video content for digital and social use
- Support on-location content shoots when required (social content, events, activations)
- Work across multiple client accounts simultaneously, maintaining brand consistency for each
- Collaborate with the account and creative team to hit briefs, timelines, and quality standards
- Stay current on platform trends, content formats, and AI tools that enhance creative output.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: At least 1-3 years of proven experience as an Multimedia Designer or in a similar role within an advertising agency.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and similar editing tools.
- Portfolio: Demonstrating a variety of projects with a compelling, engaging narrative. A portfolio that demonstrates range of video, design and social media content.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders. Organised, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple projects at once
- Bonus: Familiarity with AI creative tools.
