We’re Hiring: Executive – Business Advisory

Are you passionate about project management, advisory delivery, and stakeholder engagement? MTDC is looking for an Executive – Business Advisory to support and deliver advisory programmes and projects for MTDC’s partners, ministries, and agencies ensuring timely, compliant, and value-driven execution.

What You’ll Do:

Project Management & Advisory Delivery

• Lead or support assigned projects and programmes from planning to execution.
• Deliver specific business advisory components aligned with project objectives.
• Set realistic, measurable goals to ensure projects are delivered within approved timelines.
• Conduct site visits and provide hands-on business advisory support to beneficiaries.
• Prepare progress updates and reports for MTDC’s partners and stakeholders.
• Plan and execute programme activities in line with approved scopes and milestones.

Revenue & Budget Optimisation

• Develop, review, and monitor project or programme costing against targets.
• Support promotional activities for MTDC programmes and initiatives.
• Prepare proposals and related documentation for ministries and agencies.
• Implement countermeasures to address any revenue or delivery shortfalls.

Delivery, Governance & Continuous Improvement

• Engage with project managers and clients to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
• Ensure effective project delivery within allocated budgets and governance requirements.
• Analyse project outcomes, document lessons learned, and recommend improvements for future initiatives.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in project management, consultancy, business advisory, or related roles.
• Strong coordination, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• PMP or equivalent certification and a Master’s degree are added advantages.
