Key Responsibilities:


Brand Management

  • Conceptualize and execute the annual marketing calendar: Design and execute campaigns across various media-both offline and online.
  • Developing and implementing marketing communications plans that drive the demand for company products.
  • Brand Building by means of external and internal communications including information on new launches, product related communication, marketing developments, and regular information flow from the brand in the international markets.
  • Localization of Global Communication : Work with Global Brand Marketing teams in developing and adapting global communication.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of all marketing communications via lead tracking, CRM and periodic analysis. Monitor & Manage large amounts of data to obtain actionable information for our marketing strategies.
  • Adjusting marketing campaigns based on changing sales trends in particular countries.
  • Researching local laws of the country and making sure the implemented strategies adhere to them.
  • Understand the market through Market Insights, research and cross functional coordination to formulate the relevant Brand Strategy for the brand.
  • Budget planning, mapping and execution.


Trade Marketing

  • To champion marketing programmes in the field to create a great customer connection for the brands within the categories.
  • Work with the training team to develop effective product training & selling skills training & experiential modules for relevant stakeholders.
  • Developing Brand support programs(BTL) for engaging Channel Partners ,Specifiers (Architects) & Contractor/Carpenters- Product launches, exhibitions, BTL campaigns, loyalty programs & corporate events.
  • Standardize Branding & display across the country for the product line. In shop Merchandise & retail brand visibility development.
  • Manage and develop the Company Experience Center(s) and ensure the regular engagement activities across all stakeholders.


Agency & Vendor Management:

  • Establish agency relationships in the markets for creating faster execution and localization of communication.
  • Agency Management- Development of communication strategy & Creatives along with ensuring its implementation in line with projected outcomes via agency on board. Developing new communication campaigns and programs, aimed for reaching sales targets including trade schemes.
  • Procurement & development of marketing collaterals e.g.: Banners, Danglers, Leaflets, other marketing merchandizing and other for specific zone, preparing allotment chart and ensuring timely dispatch of the same.


Merchandise Development and Management:

  • Collateral Management- Ensuring all collaterals of the brand are updated regularly and periodically reviewing their availability in the market.


Product Management :

  • Closely working with the Design teams on new Product development keeping in mind the current market trends.
  • Do competitive analysis on an ongoing basis for each of the product categories. Identify new products to be launched in the market based on emerging market trends and prepare business case for launching the same.
  • Track monthly sales and align marketing initiatives according to the product.


Requirements:

  • Degree Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in marketing roles, with a demonstrated ability to manage marketing campaigns and projects.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
