We’re Hiring: Sales & Marketing Manager (Aviation) ️

Singapore / Malaysia | APAC Travel Opportunity

Are you passionate about the aviation industry and ready to drive business growth across the APAC region? We’re looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to lead strategic initiatives in the aviation sector.

What You’ll Do

As a key member of our team, you will:

Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to expand our aviation business

Identify and pursue new opportunities with airlines, operators, MROs, and aviation partners

Build and maintain strong client relationships across the region

Prepare compelling proposals, quotations, and client presentations

Lead and support marketing campaigns and brand initiatives

Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends

Collaborate with technical & operations teams to deliver customer solutions

Travel across APAC, including South Asia, to drive business growth

What We’re Looking For

️ 1–10 years of experience in aviation sales, marketing, or business development

️ Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation & presentations

️ Experience in market analysis and campaign execution

️ Exposure to Business & General Aviation (BGA) or commercial aviation

️ Knowledge of avionics / aircraft components / aerospace systems is a strong advantage

️ Ability to work on-site in Singapore or Malaysia

️ Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business, Aviation, Aerospace, or related field
